[A list for users of the Owasys 22C screenless phone.]

Dear Friends:

As you've now noticed, the list is back. We're very sorry it was ever
gone at all. Yes, we had begun to wonder what had happened. But, the
tasks of the day being so numerous, we were slow to go look for the
problem. After all, we've previously experienced stretches of time when
the list was quiet.

Well, it turned out that the software that manages this list was blocked
following a recent upgrade of technology on our servers. It was a simple
fix. It should never have happened, but it did. We're sorry about that
and we'll do better the next time.
