[22c-user] test

[A list for users of the Owasys 22C screenless phone.]

It is a basic mobile phone with text messaging, there is no screen as LL the 
menues are spoken, the buttons are easy to feel as they are raised and well 
spaced.  As far as I know to date there is no internet interaction from the 
phone except for downloading updates from the website.
