Never knew there was sucha thing.  I have version p7p2.  Don'g have the
updated june/July '06 version.

Go in to settings on the phone and find the option for "Technical Support
Number" and change it to 611.

Noticed something different this evening with the phone.  Last year when the
phone was purchased I was told by Capital Accessibility's FAQ that I
wouldn't be able to dial 611 for T-mobile customer care.  As a result,  I
decided when I got the phone to make a phone book entry containing
t-mobile's toll free number.  Nice to know it won't be necessary to take a
spot up in the phone book with a t-mobile phone number, Not to mention
consume minutes by having to use a toll free phone call to reach them.
Besides that,for those who are able to dial  611, this is a call that does
not cost anything either.  Something completely unexpected.  Can anyone out
there explain this?
