[22c-user] Speed Dialing.

[A list for users of the Owasys 22C screenless phone.]

Which number is dialed when you press and hold the 1 key for a few
seconds depends on what number is programmed in Messages / Voice Mailbox
/ Mailbox Setup. For T-Mobile customers we program *123 in that
location. *123 is another T-Mobile shortcut to your voice mail.
