[22c-user] customer care for T-mobile

[A list for users of the Owasys 22C screenless phone.]

Hello,
Noticed something different this evening with the phone.  Last year when the
phone was purchased I was told by Capital Accessibility's FAQ that I
wouldn't be able to dial 611 for T-mobile customer care.  As a result,  I
decided when I got the phone to make a phone book entry containing
t-mobile's toll free number.  Nice to know it won't be necessary to take a
spot up in the phone book with a t-mobile phone number, Not to mention
consume minutes by having to use a toll free phone call to reach them.
Besides that,for those who are able to dial  611, this is a call that does
not cost anything either.  Something completely unexpected.  Can anyone out
there explain this?
