[22c-user] problem

[A list for users of the Owasys 22C screenless phone.]

just had the C 22 for two weeks and it seems to like to repeat the last 
entry - the back key won't take me back to the T-Mobile prompt - in this 
stage, the phone, of course is not operational - so i had to remove the 
battery to make it work again - it happens maybe once a week - so customer 
support is virtually useless and says it's an operational problem - lovely 
customer support, ha? Aneeka
