Hi Tom,

Perhaps someone has already answered this and it just hasn't arrived in my
mailbox yet (smile). I suggest that you might try doing a master reset
(found in the configuration menus) and see if that takes care of the
problem. I had a similar situation a while back and this is what Janina
suggested I do and it took care of the problem. When you do this, you won't
lose your phone book, but the settings do go back to the factory default.
Hope this helps...and good luck!

Ann

Subject: [22c-user] problem

My 22C has decided it doesn't want to complete the start up procedure. After
holding down the number key, (lower right button) until it vibrates it
pauses for 20 to 30 seconds and then says "Welcome to Owasys 22c". It then
repeats this about every 15 to 20 seconds. Until yesterday at this point it
would say "searching" a time or two and then "roaming on T Mobile". A couple
of times I have been able to get it to continue by tapping the number key
(lower right key) a few times while it is saying "Welcome to Owasys 22C",
but this doesn't always work. When I do get connected the status says
excellent coverage and the battery is high. Anyone have an idea what is
happening?
Haven't had any problems in the 22 months that I have had the phone.
Tom
