We at Capital Accessibility have never made a secret of our somewhat low
opinion of the 22C manual. That's why we offer our Audio Tour, both on
line and on our 202.595.7777 telephone menus. That's why we created the
Frequently Asked Questions document. That's why we created, and respond
on this email list. That's why we do our best to respond to telephone
support inquiries.
Over the years we've seen many manuals. We would not nominate this one
for awards. However, we must unfortunately also say we've seen much
worse.
