[22c-user] Problems with Owasys

I just tried caps with a colleague who didn't see them. So, if you are
getting to work, there's something else that may prevent them in certain
circumstances. I guesss I don't know.

You are correct about a limit on SMS. It's something like 160, or 168,
something like that.
