[22c-user] Problems with Owasys
A list for users of the Owasys 22C screenless phone.

I'm not sure about paging notifications, as I don't know how to turn them on
or off. Also, unfortunately, I was wrong about the capital letters. It
doesn't work to type the numbers repeatedly to get capital letters. I tried
more than once to get it to work by sending text messages to my son. We
couldn't get any capital letters, no matter what we tried. Other phone
systems use the star key to change the case of the text, but that doesn't
work either. I guess somehow when they manufactured the phone for blind
persons, they assumed we would only be sending messages to other blind
persons. At any rate, no upper case letters, folks, and that's how it is.
All in all, though, the phone is still better than anything I had before
because it gives me greater independence. I can perform all of its functions
by myself without assistance, and that means more to me than the little
things the phone isn't doing yet.
