[22c-user] Problems with Owasys

I don't think this is correct. Upper case is supported in SMS by
continuing to repeat presses of the keys. For instance, to get a capital
A, press the 2 key 5 times. For a capital C, press it 7 times.
However, I would also dispute whether SMS are expected to follow
standard English composition rules. They're supposed to be quick and
dirty messages, with lots of short messaging shortcuts such as using r
when you mean "are," and u when you mean "you." Your mileage may vary,
of course.
