[22c-user] Voice Mail Notification

[A list for users of the Owasys 22C screenless phone.]

Would it be cheaper to just buy the cable and flash the
phone yourself.  IF someone isn't comfortable doing it,
could someone who has the capabilities do it for them? Then
they would not have to be inconvenienced sending the phone
back to you, and they would not be without the phone.
