[22c-user] Voice Mail Notification

[A list for users of the Owasys 22C screenless phone.]

Hey, Shelley, Yes, lots of posts on 22c-user today, but I actually don't
mind. It kind of proves the list has been missed these past few weeks.

Yes, we will provide a mechanism for folks to send us their phones for
updating. And yes, that will keep me kind of busy flashing phones for
awhile.

I should add that there will be a nominal charge to cover our time doing
the updating, testing the result, packing the phone and shipping it
back. It takes approximately 20 minutes to fully flash the phone, though
I haven't actually timed it with a clock yet.
