[22c-user] phone uppdates?

My understanding is that the IDE Owasys uses for software development
doesn't support making binary modules for Linux or Macintosh. I can
certainly ask, but I believe this would involve extraordinary effort on
Owasys part, and pose a testing challenge for us. We have the means to
test on Linux, but I don't believe Owasys has any Macs, and I know
Capital Accessibility doesn't have them.
Now, having said this, if you know enough to ask about binary objects, I
suspect you can manage the firmware upgrade over a serial cable using a
standard telecomm terminal application. On Linux that would likely be
Minicom. I'm sure there's something like it, perhaps even Minicom
itself, on the Mac as well. Am I wrong?
