[22c-user] Owasys22c in Spanish

[A list for users of the Owasys 22C screenless phone.]

Hi, Denise:

There will be no problem providing a Spanish Owasys 22C for your friend.
We don't have the firmware in hand at the moment, but I have no doubt
whatsoever that Owasys can provide us the software to flash the phone
for Spanish. So, in essence, I will flash an existing English speaking
22C with the Spanish speaking voice.
