[22c-user] Owasys22c in Spanish

[A list for users of the Owasys 22C screenless phone.]

I know a former taxi driver who is now totally blind without a cell phone of
any kind.  
He understands English, but primarily speaks Spanish. Is there a way to get
the owasys22c phone to work on  U.S. frequencies which speaks Spanish?

RE Canadian availability: We're still working on it. We've talked with more
people, and we've made some progress. But there's still aways to go.
