SMS, which stands for "Short Messaging Protocol," isn't the only text
protocol out there in the world. There are others, and I believe MSN
uses its own. Certainly, AOL has its own called AIM.

You can think of these protocols as different languages. For instance,
if you speak in English to someone who only understands Russian, you're
not going to communicate unless you get some third party to translate.

So, the moral of the story is that the screenless phone only speaks the
SMS language, and it only supports addressing to phone numbers. In
particular, you can't address your SMS to an email address on the 22C
unless you find some third party translator somewhere.

Now, part of the reason for this long response is to suggest you look
for a third party translator. I don't know of any, but it's quite likely
they exist and may be usable for your purposes.

You would need:

1.)	A phone number to send your SMS to
2.)	Some way to indicate, probably as the first statement in your
SMS, the email address you want the message forwarded to.

hth.
