[22c-user] question about voice mail alert.

A list for users of the Owasys 22C screenless phone. 22c-user at OwasysUSA.com

The voice mail alerts worked until T-Mobile changed their voice mail
system. Since then they have not worked and we can't make them work
until T-Mobile gives us the technical data we need to recognize that
information. We've asked for it, but have not yet received it.

I suggest you complain to their Governmental Relations Department, as
this is arguably a discrimination issue under Sec. 255 of the
Telecommunications Act. More information on Sec. 255 is available on a
page maintained by the AFB:

http://www.afb.org/section255.asp

We encourage our customers to contact:

Mr. Harold Salters
T-Mobile Governmental Relations Office
Washington, DC

Phone: 202.654.5960

Please note that several other 22C customers have similarly complained
and are contemplating escalating their complaints to the FCC.
