[22c-user] call forwarding

Sure, you can forward your calls. I think it will become clear on the
"Manage Call" menu when you realize that what we call "Call Forwarding"
is called "Call Divert" by Europeans.

PS: Similarly, "Call Block" is called "Call Barring."

PPS: You may also be able to arrange forwarding directly from the keypad
using standard GSM codes. I have not tested the forwarding codes myself,
but you can find a nice exposition of these codes at the following URL:
